Giants in Examiner Partnership

Huddersfield Giants are providing supporters with an unbelievable BetFred Super League Home Opener offer in conjunction with the Huddersfield Examiner and Deliveree. 

Giants fans will be able to get £5 off any food or drink at the Deliveree Food Festival when purchasing tomorrow's Huddersfield Examiner (16/02/2022) and bringing the voucher in the paper to the game.

To redeem the offer simply pass the voucher to the vendor of your choice before 2pm on Saturday in exchange for product. The voucher value is up to £5 maximum and terms and conditions are printed on it.  

Supporters will also be able to read the Examiners Season Preview, an overview of the spectacular pre-game festival at the John Smith's Stadium, a guide to our 2022 Squad and a Junior Giants Section, featuring activities for kids.

The club are again asking supporters their help to make our 2022 Home Opener against Hull KR a day to remember by utilising their Bring a Buddy Gift Vouchers to bring as many people as possible to the Stadium and urging supporters to create a festival atmosphere in and around the John Smith's Stadium in the lead-up to kick-off.

Giants Managing Director Richard Thewlis said “The big win last week sets the game up perfectly and we have linked with the Examiner to help publicise the event and are delighted to have the support of Deliveree in the food festival area alongside some live entertainment. 

"We urge people to come down earlier than usual and try the offerings as there is no doubt that the crowd will exceed our previous gates and we are able to confirm too that there are no Covid restrictions upon entry. 

"The advertising push really kicks into gear now online via social media and we need the public of Huddersfield and the surrounding areas to back us as we aim to start our home campaign with a bang. 

"To date ticket sales are encouraging but this is a big ground to fill and generate the atmosphere that we hope will assist our players and again the Ticket Office is open to help anyone and of course online queries will be responded to as soon as is physically possible.”

How do I buy tickets?

Tickets can be purchased online at giantsrl.com/tickets or by calling The Ticket Office on 01484 484159.

All supporters planning on using their Christmas gift tickets are asked to exchange them at the Ticket Office prior to gameday where possible to assist with the logistical planning and distribution of numbers ahead of the game. The ticket office is open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 9.00 pm to 4.00 pm. 

Season Card holders who are redeeming their gift vouchers are requested to provide the name and details of the recipient.
