Huddersfield Giants

The clubs town crier is a unique position and the only one of its kind within Rugby League and it is something Vic Watson enjoys.

Vic spent his first year in Super League last season after contacting the club on receiving his uniform which coincidently had the Claret and Gold colours of the Huddersfield Giants. It just made sense for him to become the club crier along with being the town crier.

Vic is a big hit with the supporters and his presence certainly adds to the matchday experience. Vic knows many of the supporters personally and he enjoys entertaining the younger fans who all want to have a go at ringing the bell.
