Update & Information: OurLeague Streaming

All the information you need to redeem your code for tomorrow's game.

Super League have issued an update for Huddersfield fans who faced issues with the live-stream of the Huddersfield-Leeds game on August 2nd and provided information on how the process has been improved for tomorrow's fixture against Warrington Wolves:

"Issues experienced by fans during the Huddersfield v Leeds game on Sunday 2^nd August occurred due to fans attempting to access the stream whilst the entitlements were still cached from the previous game. 

In order to eliminate this issue, a different solution was used for games in Round 8, whereby each game has its own entry ID and is treated as a separate stream. Following a review of all 5 games from Round 8, no reoccurrence of the issue from the previous weekend was reported.

The secondary issue with the stream cutting short was due to the booking times with our stream operator and Sky and not due to any errors within Our League. Typically the time it had been booked would have covered the game, but given a long injury break and the game going to golden point it unfortunately left us short of time. We have advised Sky and our stream operator of this issue, unfortunately it was beyond our control and equally as frustrating from our perspective.

Any fans that are unable to watch the game live at the time of broadcast can watch the game back on demand within 24hrs of the game finishing."

Accessing your code

To receive your unique access code (applicable to you as a season card holder and needed before you login in to or join OurLeague) you will need to register your interest via e-mail at enquiries@giantsrl.com stating your name and season card account ID (available on your season card).
 
Once you have activated your code it will remain valid until the Behind Closed Doors streaming finishes, so no need to re-register again each week. You will have the option to watch the game live as it happens, or watch back later in the week.

Redemption process

1.     Ensure you are logged into your Our League account, or create one if you don't already have one.

2.     Head to the Live Stream section.

3.     At the top of the page, click on ‘Redeem your Season Ticket Voucher Code Here’.

4.     You should now have been redirected to the code redemption site.

5.     Enter your code in the box which you have received from your club.

6.     You will receive a ‘Success’ message once your code is entered.

7.     You can now watch home and away games for your club via the Our League app or via the website.
