GIANTS PUT ON SHOW IN FRONT OF SEASON HIGH CROWD!

Huddersfield Giants put on a dazzling display as they downed Catalans Dragons 42-20 in-front of a season high crowd of 8,394.

Adam Clune, Tristan Powell and Sam Halsall returned to the team, with the latter opening the scoring early on, picking off a stray pass from Sexton and racing almost 80m home.

A second try came soon after, Rogers crashing over from close range to add his first of the season, 12-0 the scores stood after both were converted by Flanagan.

Halsall grabbed his second, as the Giants were completely unrelenting on their French counterparts, Clune re-introducing himself to the Giants crowd with a superb cut-out pass that sent the wingman in.

Catalans then spilled the ball in the centre of the park, and quick thinking from Lolohea and Jagger sent Wrench racing away for another, as the Giants turned on the style.

The second half wouldn't live up the first half relentless nature, with Catalans scoring first through Condon, as they looked to save some grace after a demolition first half.

Catalans would score some consolation tries in the remaining 10 minutes of the game, through Makinson, Staines and Darrelatour, but it wouldn't dampen the Giant spirit of every single fan in the ground, who would leave happy after a simply scintillating win.
