Giants launch new and improved ticketing system!

Huddersfield Giants are delighted to launch a streamlined new ticketing system using worldwide leader Ticketmaster!

Giants' fans are being urged to check their emails (Including junk mail) in order to activate new accounts on the new improved ticketing system that is now live!

The new system will streamline the process of booking online, including season cards, match tickets and now accepts Mastercard!   

To allow ease of use for our loyal supporters, we have invested in world leading technology using Ticketmaster's expert interface: A guide to set up your new account on the system is listed below for new and existing customers.

Every existing user that had an account on our previous system will have been emailed their new membership number and a guide on how to create their new account on Ticketmaster.

The guide is also listed below.

For existing users;

1. Using the link https://www.eticketing.co.uk/huddersfieldgiants/, load onto the brand-new Huddersfield Giants ticketing site.

2. Click on the 'Activate Now' Tab on the right-hand side of the launch screen.

3. Enter your new Membership number (which will have been emailed to your address) and Surname.

4. Enter a new password, for the site, and details on the next screen. (You will need to select your location and move any information that is selected in Address Line 3 to the "Town" section, and also add a 0 to the start of your mobile number)

5. You're all set up and ready!

For Customers that have never purchased Tickets/Season Cards with Huddersfield Giants

1. In the top right corner of the new ticketing site, there is a circle icon next to 'Buy Tickets', please click this icon.

2. After you have loaded this screen, click 'Register'.

3. Fill out your details on the form.

4. You're now set up and ready to make purchases on our ticketing site!

It really is that simple for both existing and new customers to sign on to our brand-new ticketing site.
