Huddersfield Giants are looking for a motivated and professional individual to assist with ticketing operations.
Huddersfield Giants Ticket Office Assistant – Part Time
Location: John Smiths Stadium, Huddersfield
Hours: 21 hours per week
Reporting to: Ticket Office Manager
Huddersfield Giants RLFC are looking for a motivated and organised individual to assist with and provide excellent customer service to supporters wishing to purchase match tickets, season cards, match travel and parking. This may be face to face, via e-mail or on the telephone.
Duties
Learn and utilise all ticket office technology including the digital ticketing system, customer relationship management System, digital payment systems and Scanners.
Learn and complete ticket office administrational processes such as ticket sales, Season Card sales, away ticket and travel sales, return and exchange tickets, uploading games, producing reports, printing and mailing tickets.
Provide an excellent level of customer service throughout all elements of the ticket sales process.
Be responsible for handling and accounting for cash.
Liaise with other Super League and Championship Clubs to co-ordinate ticketing arrangements.
Co-ordinate away travel arrangements.
Look after individual supporter’s requirements.
Manage, assess and process data.
Assist with other general business administration duties where applicable in the finance, commercial and marketing and media departments.
Be available for ticket office duties on all Huddersfield Giants home match days.
Be available to cover holidays.
