On the morning of Matchday, Huddersfield Giants can announce that they have hit record retail sales with our new kit supplier, Oxen!

With the release of three spectacular new kits, and a smart new training wearrange to launch our 2023 Betfred Super League season, the Giants can confirm record retail sales ahead of tonights opening game versus the Wolves , further highlighting the growth off the field which is so necessary to the club and game as a whole as we debut into this years competition. 

Giants Managing Director Richard Thewlis said,

“Working closely with our official kit suppliers Oxen after recognising the difficulties the club and its supporters had in recent times in this area we’ve been delighted with the feedback and response to the products and offers we’ve made as Oxen settle into what we hope will be a long term arrangement to ensure Giants fans receive the very best service with their merchandise and kits. 

"We have already sold more replica shirts than we do in certain full seasons gone by and we’ve not kicked a ball yet which we feel vindicates the decision to move to an online service. For those still wanting a form of shop experience though Oxen will also have a pop-up merchandise store here at the Stadium today in front of the Core Stand, within the new and improved Fanzone that will accept cash and card for supporters who want to buy tonight. 

"We read that the feel and image of games is something that IMG will focus upon and our colours are historic and vibrant so it will be important for us all to make our games very colourful and create the right feel for the sport. In Oxen we have the right partner to do this.”
