Returning Buyer on Direct Debit

If you have already purchased a Season Card with ourselves in 2022/3, then the process is simple, you can either visit the Ticket Office at the John Smith's Stadium, or call 01484 484159 and we will calculate your payments and re-instate the DD.

New Buyer on Direct Debit

If you are a new buyer using Direct Debit to purchase your 2024 Season Card, then the easiest way to purchase is to visit the John Smith's Stadium Ticket Office, as we will need to see proof of identification, proof of address and the payment card you would like to use, you can also call the Ticket Office on 01484 484159 for more information on what types of ID are accepted and about the DD process.
