18-Player Squad confirmed for Women's pre-season challenge

Lori Halloran names her 18-player Giants Women's Squad to take on Barrow Raiders in a pre-season friendly this Sunday at Laund Hill (2pm).

The Giants Women will take on Barrow Raiders in their first of two pre-season friendlies at Laund Hill, in preparation for a highly anticipated 2024 Betfred Women's Super League season.

Chloe Fairbank is set to make her return in Giants colours having last played for the side in their 2021 Women's Super League Shield winning season.

U19 Academy graduates Ana Da Silva, Beth Armstrong and Georgia Hampshaw have made the step up into the senior squad after debuting for the side in 2023.

New recruits Sam Hulme, Paige Webster, Jess Harrap, Kacy Haley, Lauren Waller and Allana Waller are all included in Halloran's first squad of the season.

Entry details

Laund Hill will be operating a pay-on-the-gate system with both cash and card payments available. Adults can gain entry to the game for just £5 and Under 16s £1. Seating is unreserved.
