THIS WEEK FOR THE GIANTS W/C 1st September

Four of the Giants teams are in action this week, with three of those games against Leeds Rhinos
ACADEMY VS WAKEFIELD TRINITY
The curtain comes down on the Academy Giants’ season this evening, as Steve Fox takes his side to the DIY Kitchens Stadium to face Wakefield.
The game originally planned for the weekend just gone, but at Wakefield’s request moved to Monday evening. The Giants boys may narrowly miss out on the Play Offs after results elsewhere left them behind on points difference, with a huge swing needed in tonight’s game.
Kick off is at 7pm, with coverage across the Giants Social Media channels
UNDER 19S WOMEN VS LEEDS RHINOS
Our under 19s team have had a year to remember, with some very significant results. To add to that, many of the 19s girls have proven their quality and been included in the First Team frame in recent weeks.
This will arguably be their toughest test of the year so far, with Leeds Rhinos U19s finding some form themselves.
Kick off on Wednesday is at 7pm. Venue for the clash is Laund Hill.
FIRST TEAM VS LEEDS RHINOS
Rivals Round returns and the Giants host Leeds Rhinos on Thursday, 8pm kick off.
Looking to bounce back after a disappointing result away from The Accu Stadium on Saturday, the Giants will be spurred on by the fact that they have won the last two home games they have played, after beating Warrington and Catalans.
Tickets are still on sale here for the game, and we look forward to welcoming you back home on Thursday
WOMEN VS LEEDS RHINOS
The final Giants fixture of the week comes again, from Laund Hill. The Giants face a familiar foe in the Leeds Rhinos who have got the better of the Claret & Golds earlier in the season.
It’s been a much improved season for Lori Halloran and the Giants Women, who will be looking to end the season on a positive note on Sunday afternoon. Kick off from Laund Hill is 2pm.
