Dewsbury Supporters Invited to Celebrate Leroy Cudjoe’s Remarkable Career

The Huddersfield Giants are offering all Dewsbury Rams supporters the opportunity on Sunday to see live Bet Fred Super League action at the Accu Stadium Huddersfield as official guests.

The game marks the final home appearance of Leroy Cudjoe a homegrown Huddersfield talent who has had a simply sensational career playing over 400 games and for his Country.

Giants Managing Director Richard Thewlis said “ We do feel somewhat that we owe Dewsbury one, to coin a phrase, for kindly allowing us to play there earlier in the year when we had the Stereophonics concert and in addition to that we want as many people as we can in the Stadium here in Huddersfield to pay tribute to a remarkable player and person. There is no Dewsbury game this weekend as they finished with back to back wins over Midlands and the Hornets both of which I enjoyed supporting them at.  Leroy Cudjoe is without doubt one of the Huddersfield clubs all-time greats and Sunday will am sure be an emotional game for him and one where he deserves maximum support. He is respected throughout the world of Rugby league and we’d love to extend an invitation to all Dewsbury Season Ticket holders to come down and see this modern greats last home appearance.”
