U19'S CELEBRATE SUPER SEASON

The Giants Women's U19's held their presentation evening, in which they celebrated being the best of the rest as they won more games than any other team.

The U19's, coached by Nath Larvin, were simply unstoppable in 2025, as they finished the regular season with the best record, winning the most games out of every U19's development team, even though there is no league table, the Giants Women U19's are widely regarded as the best in 2025 and shows the effort and determination that has gone into nurturing the exciting talent, with some moving into the First Team having already played numerous games for Lori Hallorans' side in 2025.

The first winner was captain Ruby Tyson, who scooped the Sportsmanship of the Year Award. Ruby’s personal sponsor is Netpoint Solutions Ltd and Sutcliffe’s Transport. The award is sponsored by G & G.

Next up was the mMost Improved Player of the Year - Eve Dockerty. Eve’s personal sponsor is WeDo Finance Limited. The award is sponsored by Metcalfe Builders.

It was then time for one of the most coveted awards, which is Players Player of the Year and this went to Abigail Liu. Abigail’s personal sponsor is Graham Hall Property Maintenance. The award is sponsored by Iron Wolf Gym.

The next award to be given out on the evening was Back of the Year - Madison Clegg. Madison’s personal sponsor is RGS Precision. The award is sponsored by Jaime Manning.

And finally we move onto the Woman of Steel Award, this was given to Caitlin Cox. Caitlin’s sponsor is Superfly Sports Flags. The award is sponsored by Thor Industries.

The Forward of the Year award went to Charlotte Shaw. Charlotte’s personal sponsor is X Rocker. The award is sponsored by The Little Bridge Cafe/Wine Bar. -
