GIANTS MAN TO REPRESENT FIJI ON INTERNATIONAL STAGE

The Giants are thrilled to learn that Taane Milne has once again been selected to represent Fiji at this year’s Pacific Championships!

Milne has represented the Bati on 16 occasions already, with three further appearances for Fiji’s 9s team. In that time, he has scored four tries, and kicked 16 goals.

In his first year with the Giants, Taane ended the year as the Super League’s top offloader with 51, scoring three tries in the Claret & Gold and cemented himself in the Giants starting 13 in 2025. 

Taane and Fiji Bati kick off their Champs campaign with a clash against the Cook Islands in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea on the 18th October, before closing the show against the host nation on the 1st November.

Sat 18th Oct 6am – Fiji vs Cook Islands

Sun 19th Oct 6am – New Zealand vs Samoa

Sat 26th Oct 6am – Papua New Guinea vs Cook Islands

Sun 27th Oct 5am – Samoa vs Tonga

Sat 1st Nov 5am – Papua New Guinea vs Fiji

Sun 2nd Nov 5am – New Zealand vs Tonga

Sun 9th Nov 5.05am – Tournament Final

Giants fans can keep an eye on how Taane is getting on, and indeed on the rest of the tournament as Sky Sports will be broadcasting every game from the Pacific Championships.
