NEW AWAY DAYS IN 2026

The Huddersfield Giants, after confirming their place in Super League for 2026, will visit a new ground next year in the LNER Community Stadium and return to the Stade Ernest Wallon and Odsal Stadium.

First up, let's look at the LNER Community Stadium, home to both York Knights and the Valkyrie, and also York City FC, and was constructed and finished in 2020, the stadium has a capacity of 8,500.

It is a first class facility, with an attached leisure centre and numerous shops, with the stadium already hosting a Challenge Cup Semi-Final and a Championship Grand-Final in its short Rugby League history.

Giants fans will no doubt be excited to make the journey down the A64 when we face off against York Knights this year, a first ever time for ourselves as we play our first game at the LNER Community Stadium.

There is also a handy park and ride system in place around York, which means you can take a short bus from the city centre to the Stadium, to enjoy York centre before making your way to the stadium which is just outside of the centre, at Monks Cross.

Next up is a stadium which will be familiar to Giants fans as we opened the 2022 season there, the Stade Ernest Wallon.

Rugby Legaue fans alike will know how good Toulouse as an away day is for supporters, with many opting to extend their stay over the weekend to enjoy all the delights of the French city.

Toulouse is a great city, and with The Melting Pot Pub and Pub O'Clock right in the heart of the city, where Rugby League fans go to enjoy themselves when their team is playing, Giants fans will be eager to return.

The Stade Ernest Wallon is around a 20 minute ride from the centre, with public transport limited to the ground, taxi's are encouraged.

And finally, we also welcome back our old enemies Bradford Bulls after 11 years out of the top flight, with the Giants enjoying many fixtures at Odsal Stadium over the years.

Odsal also has a superb Rugby League fans pub outside the ground in the top house, with Bradford city centre enjoying the 'City of Culture' title at the minute, a new market which includes great food and drink, Odsal Stadium is around a 10 minute ride from the city centre, however there is numerous street parking around the ground.

The ground is also accessed easily from the M62.
