GIANTS SIGN LEEDS TRIO ON-LOAN

Huddersfield Giants have bolstered their squad ahead of facing Bradford, with the loan additions of Riley Lumb, Presley Cassell and Ned McCormack.

Lumb and Cassell are two familiar names to fans of the Betfred Super League, with winger Lumb making numerous appearances on the wing for the Rhinos in 2025, 10 tries in total from 16 appearances which shows Riley's capability to cross the line.

McCormack is a young English centre, who has made a big impression at the Rhinos in a short time and will look to provide depth and competition to the Giants backline.

Cassell is a loose forward/prop who is predicted a big future in the game, making 9 appearances for Leeds so far, scoring two tries, the West Bowling youngster will come into the Giants pack on Friday evening if selected.

All three are in contention to make their Giants debut at Bartercard Odsal on Friday evening, with the full 21-Man Squad released on Wednesday.

Director of Rugby Andy Kelly discussed the additions.

"It's good to have the Rhinos lads on board, three young and quality players, they add to the playing squad and will help us in our ultimate goal to have our players back on the field, we thank Leeds Rhinos for assisting us.

"They will help our Head Coach Luke Robinson in giving him options to pick from in a time where we have been blighted by injury, so that we are able to pick from a competitive squad to face Bradford."
