If the goods delivered are not what you ordered, or are of incorrect quantity, or are damaged or defective, the customer can notify us, preferably by email, within 48 hours of delivery of the order. We then ask the customer to complete the customer returns form (on the back of the despatch note) and return any damaged or extra items to us using the return address label provided. We request that the post office date stamps the certificate of posting.
We cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit to us if you do not have a certificate of posting. On receipt, at the customer's option, either a full refund or exchange will be given. All reasonable postage costs will be refunded.
If we are not notified of any damage within 48 hours, it will be deemed that the customer is satisfied with the goods delivered. After this 48 hour period, no refund or exchange can be offered based on a claim for damaged goods.
If the customer wants an exchange or refund, we will provide this, as long as the goods are received within 15 days from the date of its original receipt by the customer. Returned products must be received by us in the original packaging and in good condition. Please note that personalised items can only be returned if the goods are faulty. Postage costs on all returned items is the sole responsibility of the customer.
